Analyst, Quality Assurance and CASS

Endeavor Air is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines, operating regional jets across various destinations. The Analyst, Quality Assurance & CASS is responsible for evaluating the Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program and coordinating with Tech Ops departments to manage quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

Continuous monitoring of the Safety Management System inputs in accordance with established processes to identify risk trending associated with the operation
Interface with all applicable Tech Ops departments with collecting and developing the monthly CASS report, scheduling the meetings, and assisting the Senior Manager, Quality Assurance and CASS during presentation of the monthly meetings
Coordinate with all applicable Tech Ops departments with managing GMM / Form change requests, updating the Change Request status database, coordinate with owners to ensure timely approval, develop the Change Request Committee (CRC) agenda, schedule the CRC meetings, and coordinate with Safety in developing draft revisions to present for final manager approval
Create dynamic presentations and communicate complex data to leadership
Additional duties as assigned by the Sr. Manager, Quality Assurance and CASS
May be required to assist with unanticipated departmental tasks or projects

Required - PC Proficient in Microsoft Office software - Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and related industry software programs
Preferred - Related experience in airline Quality Assurance, Safety Risk Management (SRM) or Maintenance Operations
Preferred - Experience with Tableau and/or QuickBase applications
Strong work ethic, reliable, and self-motivated with a positive attitude
May be required to work in various indoor and outdoor environments such as airport ramp / line operations, hangar, and office. Temperatures will vary based on the climate, and noise may be significant around airport ramp and line operations, hearing protection will be required
Must be flexible and able to work additional hours when necessary
Some travel may be required- including international locations, ability to obtain valid Passport
Physical demands may include driving, keyboarding, sitting, standing, walking, crouching, kneeling, climbing ladders and work stands, and lifting up to 30 lbs

Required
