Warmly host clients and guide them through their session experience
Open and close the studio, ensuring it's guest-ready
Assist clients over the phone - giving directions, answering questions, and setting expectations
Manage light administrative tasks (invoicing, data entry, scheduling support)
Be the go-to for anything the team or client needs to keep the day running smoothly
Be present and available evenings and weekends (when the magic often happens)
Qualification
Required
