As Revic’s Founding GTM AI Engineer, you will work directly with the CEO and leadership to design and build systems that transform customer conversations and GTM data into automated actions across the organization.

Responsibilities
Build Intelligence-Driven Systems: Partner to identify high-leverage opportunities for AI-driven automation and design systems to continuously analyze data and translate insights into automated workflows
Trigger GTM Actions Automatically: Use data to dynamically update messaging, generate content, surface objections, and turn conversations into inputs for how Revic positions and sells
Extend GTM Signal Beyond GTM: Route insights into product and engineering prioritization, inform feature discovery, and identify recurring friction
Operate as a Founding Builder: Act as a connective layer between teams, replace human interpretation with systems, and move from idea to production with urgency
Qualification
Required
You think in systems and feedback loops
You understand how GTM data can influence every part of a company
You've built workflows or tools that changed how teams operate
You're comfortable collaborating with executive leadership
You thrive in ambiguity and are excited to build foundational infrastructure
Preferred
Experience with conversation intelligence or call data
Background in RevOps, Product Ops, or Growth
Experience in early-stage, zero-to-one environments
