Brinkman Products, Inc. is an industrial goods manufacturing company encompassing two lines of business; Davenport Machine and CJWinter. They are seeking an experienced CNC Grinder to set up and operate OD, ID, and Surface grinding machines to produce precision components to tight tolerances and superior surface finishes.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC OD, ID, and Surface grinders

Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions

Select, mount, and dress grinding wheels

Make machine offsets and adjustments to maintain tolerances

Inspect parts using micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, and comparators

Achieve required surface finish and dimensional accuracy

Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting

Maintain clean and safe work area

Work with quality and engineering to resolve issues
