Responsibilities

Leading in the evaluation, analysis, design and maintenance of the organization's HRIS and enforcing related policies and procedures

Evaluating business needs; monitoring the progress of ongoing HRIS programs to ensure the effectiveness

Identifying new human resources needs and the software products to fulfill those needs

Researching HRIS problems and recommending relevant systems and technology solutions

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment

4 years - Experience with ERP application implementation and maintenance, in all phases of the application life-cycle

5 years - Project management experience with demonstrated skills and successes

Ability to design business processes and align systems to support customer needs
