Responsibilities

We develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at semiconductor accounts, positioning Capgemini’s end-to-end design services, including pre/post-silicon validation and embedded software
We apply industry expertise to develop solutions that address complex business and technology needs aligned with customer product roadmaps
We engage with senior management levels to strategize pursuits, develop account maps, and identify target opportunities in consultation with Capgemini’s technical architects
We initiate and cultivate relationships at prospective accounts through existing network connections
We build and drive a robust pipeline of sales opportunities to closure!

Required

At least 5-8+ years of experience in complex semiconductor services sales, particularly in ASIC design services
Minimum of 5 years in Sales Pursuit Management
Minimum of 5 years of direct sales with a quota of $10M or more
Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering, or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years)
Strong understanding of semiconductor ecosystem, including relationships with foundries, EDA companies, and IP providers
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with experience in high-value deal negotiations at the C-level
Proven ability to navigate complex client organizations to access key executives, engineering, and procurement leaders
Excellent networking abilities with both internal and external collaborators

Preferred

Background in ASIC Design or Semiconductor Technology R&D is advantageous, ideally with experience in both product and service environments
