Responsibilities
Monitor and improve computer systems to help the IT department with emergency response and capacity planning
Building alerts for various operational issues that computer systems can experience
Work with many professionals, such as IT Managers, to ensure the organization’s computer systems work as efficiently as possible and can continue to deliver products and services in computer system environment
Focus on maintaining uninterrupted operations from the beginning to the end of a software’s life cycle
Incorporate various software engineering aspects to develop and implement services that improve IT and support teams
Provide services including production code changes, alerting and monitoring adjustments, building proprietary tools from the scratch to mitigate weaknesses in incident management or software delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or any technical/analytical field that is closely related to the specialty
six (6) years of experience in the same or similar IT/Computer-related field
