Review and resolve incoming claims from start to finish-while keeping timelines, accuracy, and fairness front and center
Communicate and partner with Maintenance, Body Shops, Operations, and Accounting departments to coordinate repairs, payments, and smart claim resolutions
Heavy data entry and follow up with customers and claimants
