Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and enhancement of business software solutions
Manage complex project budgets, timelines, deliverables, and communication plans
Drive continuous process improvement by analyzing end-to-end business processes and integration points
Design, configure, and test system updates, ensuring effective change management
Plan and allocate internal and external resources for software enhancements and modifications
Collaborate with cross-functional process teams to deliver integrated business solutions
Provide guidance and mentorship to IT Business Process Analysts
Support improvement initiatives across procurement and related business functions
Act as a technical authority on SAP configuration and related technologies
Perform additional related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 7 years of hands-on technical configuration experience in SAP or other ERP systems and/or manufacturing technologies
Minimum 7 years of experience in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) function
Strong technical background and configuration skills in SAP
Experience leading and managing projects, including design and delivery
Proven ability to manage teams and external partners to ensure project success
Strong business acumen and ability to align technology solutions with business goals
Solid understanding of process manufacturing environments
Effective verbal, written, and negotiation communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Moderate travel required (11–29 days per year)
Hybrid work model: Two days remote, three days in-office (Tue–Thu)
Preferred
Experience with SAP modules and tools such as Ariba and Aravo preferred
