IntePros Federal is seeking a Service Management Lead (SML) to support work with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in Seattle, WA. This role will serve as the primary liaison to the Government, overseeing ITIL-aligned service management processes and ensuring effective delivery of IT support services.

Responsibilities

Minimum 10 years of experience managing IT Support Service Programs of similar scope and complexity

Demonstrated experience managing teams of IT professionals supporting a large AO

Demonstrated experience working closely with IT managers, Business Process Partners, and end users to establish processes and service level objectives

Demonstrated experience interfacing with customer senior leadership

Demonstrated familiarity with Federal IT security requirements

Knowledgeable about best practices and maintains current knowledge of evolving standards
