Talent Bridge is hiring for a Construction Materials Laboratory Intern to support laboratory testing and quality activities related to cement and construction materials during Summer 2026. This internship offers hands-on experience in laboratory and field environments, focusing on cement quality control and technical support.

Responsibilities

Support internal, customer, and research testing activities related to cement and construction materials

Assist with calorimetry, sulfate resistance, alkali-silica reactivity testing, SCM evaluation, and aggregate testing

Participate in competitive materials testing and technical case reviews

Observe cement quality control procedures and required testing standards

Learn how raw materials and process variables affect final product quality

Participate in guided plant tours covering quarrying, production, and shipment operations

Shadow technical service professionals to understand customer support and technical consulting

Observe technical training, monitoring activities, and industry collaboration efforts
