Responsibilities
Lead the Quality Department and ensure safe operations of all quality processes, including laboratory and plant safety
Certify that final products meet all internal and customer specifications
Implement and maintain procedures outlined in Corporate and Plant Quality Manuals, ensuring compliance with the Corporate Quality Management Program
Oversee sampling, testing, and documentation at all stages of production, including raw materials, clinker, fuel, and finished cement
Manage and train laboratory staff and ensure personnel involved in testing are properly qualified
Ensure accuracy and calibration of laboratory and quality control equipment
Collaborate with Warehouse and Purchasing to maintain appropriate spare parts inventory for laboratory equipment
Promote a culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields
5–7 years in quality management, preferably in a cement, manufacturing, or industrial environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and effectively lead a team
Preferred
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
