The role involves overseeing the implementation of the FEP program, managing grant funding, providing outreach and education, and ensuring crisis coverage for participants.

Responsibilities
Oversee the full implementation of the FEP program
Ensure correct personnel are hired, trained and implementing the FEP Program to fidelity
Responsible for managing grant funding to ensure allowable expenses do not exceed budget and meet funder's expectations of service delivery
Use the appropriate evidenced based curriculum required for the service provided
Provide outreach and education to the community on FEP services
Become familiar with FEP program requirements and adhere to program performance measures and reporting
Ensure 24/7 crisis coverage for participants
Coordinate and communicate internally with CHC's system of care and externally with other providers and referral agents
Provide clinical services necessary for diagnosing, intake, counseling, crisis intervention and recovery plan development
Oversee the clinical services of FEP team members
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work
Licensed in the State of Texas as a LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
Current valid driver's license in state of residence
Proof of automobile liability insurance and insurable by the Center insurance carrier
Must demonstrate knowledge and applied competency in assessment, diagnosis, and psychotherapy for children and adults with psychiatric disorders
Must be able to demonstrate good oral and written communication
Ability and strength to sit, bend, and reach during an 8 to 10 hour day
Able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds
Sensory acuity sufficient to evaluate, treat, and monitor patient needs and maintain accurate records
Fine motor skills sufficient to legibly document and communicate
