Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed
Work closely with project managers across the businesses to support project planning, execution, and tracking
Partner with PMO leadership to align project objectives with organizational strategy
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, and best practices
Design and maintain executive-level dashboards and reports to communicate project status, KPIs, and portfolio health
Leverage data visualization tools to provide actionable insights to senior leadership
Facilitate regular leadership meetings, track action items, and ensure accountability
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executives across global locations
Foster strong relationships with internal teams across engineering, supply chain, regulatory, and quality functions
Drive alignment and collaboration across geographically dispersed teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field
3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in the medical device or regulated industry
Proficiency in SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Preferred
Knowledge/experience with Planview
PMP or equivalent certification is preferred
