Maintaining a strong understanding of mortgage products and services
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Loan Officer and knowledge of the Mortgage Lending and Mortgage Industry
Proficiency in Underwriting processes and knowledge of lending regulations
Strong Customer Service and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Proven sales experience is a plus
Certification or licensure as a Mortgage Loan Officer is highly desirable
