Human Resources (Talent Acquisition) Internship Program
King Law Offices is offering a Human Resources (Talent Acquisition) Internship Program aimed at college students pursuing Bachelor's degrees in relevant fields. Interns will gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, supporting the firm's hiring and onboarding initiatives under the guidance of the Chief Talent Manager.
Law Practice
Responsibilities
Assist with job postings on internal and external platforms, including Trakstar Hire, college career boards, and professional networks
Support outreach to colleges and universities for internship and hiring opportunities
Communicate with candidates and track application progress in the applicant tracking system
Participate in the onboarding process by assisting with new hire documentation
Assist in collecting, tracking, and organizing candidate and employee data for reporting purposes
Support HR communications, including job descriptions, internal announcements, and recruitment updates
Qualification
Required
College students pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Recommendation from a faculty advisor or internship coordinator
Ability to receive school credit required
