Arista Advanced Pet Care is a fast-growing veterinary clinic organization seeking an IT Support & Project Specialist. This role provides advanced IT support and plays a key role in the planning and execution of new hospital openings.

Responsibilities

Provide full support for hardware, software, network printer, phone, and all other systems issues

Serve as an escalation point for unresolved technical incidents and perform root-cause analysis

Lead IT planning, setup, and go-live support for new hospital openings

Coordinate IT site readiness, including network installation, cabling, hardware deployment, and vendor support

Partner with Operations, Construction, and Clinical teams to align timelines and technical requirements

Maintain system performance, reliability, and security across all clinic locations

Assist with infrastructure management, including firewalls, CCTV, switches, wireless networks, and VoIP systems

Support patching, updates, and system hardening in alignment with security best practices

Participate in IT projects related to system upgrades, standardization, and scalability initiatives

Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base resources

Support continuous improvement of IT processes and service delivery
