Responsibilities

Support, coach, and mentor sales teams through customer interactions by utilizing Shane Co. sales philosophies
Actively drive sales by understanding and meeting the unique needs of each customer on the sales floor and sharing compelling product stories that showcase the features and benefits of our products
Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings of the store management team as requested, as well as meetings with the sales team
Perform opening and closing duties related to the store
Collaborate effectively with store management, focusing on teamwork and communication
Demonstrate and encourage peer coaching within your team
Develop a basic understanding of all functionalities within the shop and customer service departments
Ensure a positive and engaging workplace for all by embodying company values such as integrity, continuous improvement, and teamwork

Required

Minimum 2 year of sales or customer-facing experience is required
Availability during evenings and weekends is a must
High level of visual acuity and manual dexterity
Excellence in written and spoken English; effective communication is key
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required

Preferred

Supervisory experience preferred
Jewelry experience is not mandatory— we'll provide comprehensive training and ongoing learning opportunities
