Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and enhance detailed financial models supporting annual budgets, forecasts, long-range plans, and ad hoc strategic initiatives
Perform scenario, sensitivity, and profitability analyses to support strategic and operational decision-making
Partner closely with operations to support labor analysis, job cost analysis, and manufacturing performance reporting
Analyze fixed-term pricing, contract profitability, and cost drivers across programs and products
Support commercial finance activities, including customer pricing analysis and margin optimization
Develop and deliver recurring and ad hoc financial reports, leveraging data analytics and visualization tools
Utilize and enhance data rails and BI platforms to improve financial transparency and operational insights
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial data used for internal and external reporting
Support initiatives related to process improvement, scalability, and financial rigor
Take on expanding responsibilities over time as the organization continues to grow
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
3-6 years of finance experience
MUST have experience working for a manufacturing company
Advanced Excel
Preferred
Experience with data visualization software is a plus
