Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Dallas, TX. You will design and maintain automated business processes and workflows to optimize enterprise operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Python-based automation solutions for complex enterprise workflows, ensuring scalability and reliability

Design and optimize automated business processes, including scripting, task scheduling, error handling, and logging

Integrate Python applications with APIs, databases, and cloud services to streamline data processing and workflow orchestration

Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for SQL Server and Snowflake to support data-driven automation

Collaborate with business process owners and technical teams to translate manual workflows into fully automated, fault-tolerant solutions

Implement secure deployment practices using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure compliance with enterprise standards

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (master's preferred)

8–10 years of professional experience, including 5+ years of hands-on Python development in enterprise-scale environments

Strong proficiency in Python ecosystem tools and libraries for automation, data processing, API integration, and workflow orchestration (e.g., pandas, SQLAlchemy, requests, PyTest)

Solid working knowledge of SQL Server and Snowflake, including writing optimized queries, stored procedures, and integrating with Python-based solutions
