Responsibilities
Lead and manage testing activities for Pega applications, ensuring quality and compliance with project requirements
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for Pega applications
Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects
Implement test automation strategies using Pega Robotics (OpenSpan) and other tools
Ensure proper coverage for functional, integration, and regression testing
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers and coordinate with stakeholders for test reporting
Qualification
Required
8–10 years of experience in Pega testing and automation
Expertise in Pega Robotics (OpenSpan), Pega Decision Management, and test automation frameworks
Strong understanding of Pega platform functionalities and integration points
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to lead testing teams and manage multiple priorities in an Agile environment
