Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet production and customer demand
Analyze purchasing trends and develop cost-effective procurement strategies
Prepare and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of materials
Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and terms
Generate and maintain detailed inventory and procurement reports using advanced Excel functions
Assist in monthly and quarterly financial reconciliations related to inventory
Support compliance with company policies and industry standards
Qualification
Required
Accounting experience required
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field
