Responsibilities
Answer and resolve inbound calls, emails, or chats with empathy and accuracy
Research accounts, process orders, returns, payments, and plan changes
Dispatch service providers (e.g., roadside assistance) and give real-time status updates
Follow scripts and quality guidelines while adapting to each customer’s needs
Document every interaction in the CRM and safeguard customer data
Offer additional products or services that add genuine value
Meet individual and team targets for quality, productivity, and attendance
Qualification
Required
Authorized to work in the United States; live in an eligible state
High-school diploma or GED and 1+ year recent customer-service or call-center experience
Typing 30 WPM with 95% accuracy; confident using multiple web-based systems
Clear, professional English communication (Spanish or other language a plus)
Calm problem-solver who stays patient and positive under pressure
