dsm-firmenich is a global company focused on flavors, fragrances, and ingredients. They are seeking a Summer 2026 intern for their Safety, Health & Environment team, where the intern will support Industrial Hygiene activities and contribute to SHE programs and procedures.

Responsibilities

Support Industrial Hygiene activities such as exposure monitoring, documentation, and data interpretation

Assist in the development and implementation of SHE programs and procedures

Participate in field observations, workplace assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SHE-related projects

Contribute to reporting, analysis, and communication of SHE metrics

Required

Currently working on completion of a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or a related field

Candidates must be available to work full-time on-site beginning on June 1, 2026 to August 14, 2026

Strong interest in Industrial Hygiene and broader SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) topics

Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
