Find, pitch, and close referral relationships across the ecosystem
Build the structure, comp, tracking, and enablement for partners to actually send deals
Webinars, content collabs, conference presence, joint outreach
Keep partners engaged, educated, and sending referrals consistently
You own the number. Referral revenue is your metric

Required

You've built a partnerships or channel sales function before (ideally B2B services or SaaS)
You're a natural relationship-builder—people trust you and want to work with you
You're comfortable with cold outreach to potential partners, not just warm intros
You understand the home services / contractor ecosystem (or can learn it fast)
You're scrappy and entrepreneurial—this is ground floor, not big company politics
You want equity in something you're building, not just a paycheck
