Own architectural decisions and execution
Build fast, refactor intelligently, and ship real systems
Help define how Style.re scales from a Dallas launch to national infrastructure
Shape engineering culture, standards, and tooling from day one
Qualification
Required
Highly fluent in React Native
Highly fluent in JavaScript / Node.js
Highly fluent in MongoDB
Highly fluent in Java
Highly fluent in AWS (EC2, Elastic Beanstalk, Lambda, and modern cloud primitives)
Experience with tools like Claude, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted coding environments
Act as Founding Full-Stack Engineer / Technical Lead
Own architectural decisions and execution
Build fast, refactor intelligently, and ship real systems
Help define how Style.re scales from a Dallas launch to national infrastructure
Shape engineering culture, standards, and tooling from day one
Work directly with the CEO and the leadership team to translate product, partnerships, and operations into working software
Comfortable with ambiguity and responsibility
Desire to build something from zero to real scale
