Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional strategies to maximize store performance, sales, and profitability

Lead, motivate, and manage district managers and store teams to ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction

Oversee B2B sales initiatives, including outside sales efforts and business development activities to grow regional market share

Implement marketing plans that enhance brand visibility and attract new customers while retaining existing ones

Utilize technology tools such as Salesforce for tracking sales pipelines, customer interactions, and performance metrics

Conduct analysis of sales data, operational reports, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement

Foster a culture of customer service excellence by setting standards and ensuring consistent execution across all locations

Required

Proven management experience within retail or automotive service environments with a focus on multi-unit operations

Familiarity with marketing principles and the use of CRM platforms such as Salesforce for sales analysis and customer engagement

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams, drive change, and develop talent at all levels

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making processes

Exceptional customer service skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving
