Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end integration planning and execution across multiple workstreams
Translate deal rationale and synergy targets into an actionable integration strategy
Align scope, priorities, and KPIs with Corporate Development and executive sponsors
Define operating models for Day 1 and post-close integration phases
Establish and manage integration governance structures
Drive cross-functional milestone execution
Develop program plans, playbooks, and dashboards
Identify risks and facilitate issue resolution
Partner with Communications, HR, and IT on change strategies
Serve as primary contact for leadership of acquired companies
Lead workshops, readiness sessions, and integration meetings
Support synergy tracking and budget oversight
Assist Finance with forecasting integration costs
Evolve IMO best practices and frameworks
Modernize IMO tooling using industry best practices, including AI
Mentor junior PMs and workstream leads
Drive adoption of post-mortem learnings into playbooks

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
8–12+ years of M&A integration based program/project management or consulting experience
Proven track record leading large transformation programs or M&A integrations
Exceptional communication and executive‑level presentation skills
Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving capabilities
Strong understanding of HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and Go-to-Market functions
Ability to succeed in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments

Preferred

Experience in technology, semiconductors, or global matrixed organizations
Big 5 consulting or Fortune 100 M&A experience
Pre-close planning and Day 1 readiness experience
Experience with M&A lifecycle and integration platforms
