The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the property in a safe and comfortable condition, providing excellent customer service, and completing service requests as part of a preventative maintenance plan.

Responsibilities
Prepare vacant apartment homes for occupancy by making any necessary repairs
Complete work orders in occupied homes while providing fast, friendly service
Follow preventive maintenance guidelines
Maintain property grounds
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance and all other service requests
Team work to achieve property goals
Follow safety procedures
Qualification
Required
Hard worker
Valid Driver's License with auto insurance
Excellent customer service skills
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Must be available after hours and weekends for on-call responsibilities (rotated schedule)
Preferred
Property Maintenance knowledge in general maintenance, painting, grounds, HVAC, appliances, maintenance equipment & tools, plumbing and electrical
HVAC EPA certification
CPO and/or knowledge of pools
CAMT certification a plus, but not required
