Responsibilities
Facilitate regular project team meetings, tracking actions and communicating effectively
Prioritize multiple tasks to meet project deliverables on time
Drive schedule development, coordinating closely with vendors and internal teams
Anticipate and mitigate risks for large IT initiatives
Utilize project management tools and data visualization for insightful project tracking and reporting
Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in IT Facilities and Infrastructure Project Management
Strong proficiency in project management tools (Anaplan, Smartsheet, MS Project)
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Prior experience in IT Facilities projects, with a strong understanding of network infrastructure, structured cabling, and security systems
Preferred
PMP and Agile certifications are preferred
