Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and business opportunities
Engage in warm calling to establish relationships with prospective clients
Utilize CRM for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on performance metrics
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitive landscape
Provide leadership within the sales team by mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices

Required
