They are seeking a Service Writer who will be responsible for greeting customers, processing transactions, updating customers on repair progress, and writing work orders.

Responsibilities
Greeting customers at drop off and reviewing the work order before repairs begin
Processing customer transactions upon completion of repairs
Updating customers on the progress of repairs while in the service shop
Writing of work orders
Communicate with insurance companies and submitting sublets
Scheduling transportation to and from the service shop
Various internal reports
Communicating with departments within the company
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer Service skills
RV knowledge or Service Writer background
Computer experience
Ability to resolve conflicts
Excellent communication skills
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
Walk short distances to communicate with technicians and foremen
