Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management of SAP implementation, upgrade, or migration initiatives with a focus on SAP GTS to S/4HANA (E4H)
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets
Manage project scope, risks, and issues effectively to ensure timely delivery
Collaborate closely with SAP functional and technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors
Ensure alignment of project deliverables with business requirements and enterprise architecture
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide executive-level reporting
Manage stakeholder expectations and drive consensus on project priorities
Ensure compliance with internal project governance and PMO standards
Support change management, training, and transition-to-support activities during go-live

Required

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, or a related field (master's preferred)
Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile equivalent)
Minimum 10 years of project management experience with at least 8 years managing SAP projects
Strong experience in SAP GTS modules, and preferably direct experience with GTS to S/4HANA (E4H) migrations
Solid understanding of SAP architecture, integration points, and data migration strategies
Demonstrated ability to manage multi-functional, global project teams
Familiarity with regulatory, trade compliance, and customs-related processes (a plus)
Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project environments
Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Prior involvement in S/4HANA greenfield or brownfield implementations
Hands-on experience with SAP Activate methodology
Working knowledge of tools such as Jira, SAP Solution Manager, MS Project, or Smartsheet
Experience with multi-country rollouts or global SAP programs
