Inside Higher Ed is seeking a GME Program Coordinator for the Graduate Medical Education department. This role involves supporting Psychiatry residency and fellowship programs through operational management, program planning, and collaboration with faculty and students.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with the program director and the GME Office in the daily operational management of the program(s)

Develops, initiates and/or directs a wide range of programmatic activities including program planning, project development and management, recruiting, updating policies, and using databases and residency management software system (MedHub)

Interacts with faculty, fellows, residents, and medical students and manages internal and external program relations

Acts as a primary resource for learners, faculty and administrative staff, as well as liaison between the Residency Program Director, chief residents, residents, program faculty, GME Office, and affiliated teaching sites concerning residency program matters
