Responsibilities
Develop and implement analytics strategies that ensure data accuracy, integrity, and effective use across the organization
Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights. Present findings through reports and visualizations
Apply models and predictive analytics to support: Market forecasting, Customer segmentation, Competitive analysis
Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and strategy teams to align analytics efforts with business goals
Establish and manage data governance processes to ensure data consistency and quality
Develop KPIs to track effectiveness of strategies and campaigns. Provide regular updates to leadership
Evaluate and implement analytics platforms to improve data processing and reporting
Collaborate with the Director of Strategy, Insights, Analytics, and Competitive Intelligence to support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Analytics or related field
Healthcare, Biotechnology, or Diagnostics industry experience
5+ years in analytics with expertise in advanced analytics techniques
5+ years in analytics with expertise in data management and modeling
5+ years in analytics with expertise in strategic business reporting
Strong proficiency in Excel
Strong proficiency in Power BI
Strong proficiency in Tableau
Demonstrated success in delivering data-driven insights that directly impact business decisions
Preferred
Master's degree in Analytics or related field
SQL proficiency
