Responsibilities
Support our staff in providing the best care for our patients
Overseeing billing processes
Provide administrative support
Manage PBRC data entry
EMR Scheduling
Referral and waitlist management systems
Provide a range of high-level administrative and clerical support services to enable the Outpatient Services of St George Hospital to achieve its objectives in a timely, reliable and efficient manner
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience in providing high level administrative support in a demanding environment
Demonstrated ability to write reports, documents and correspondence
Demonstrated high level interpersonal and verbal communication skills and the ability to respond and work with a range of stakeholders
Demonstrated high level organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and monitor workflow
Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers and standard office software packages and the ability to learn new systems as required
Demonstrated ability to determine work priorities for others, allocate tasks, and monitor work performance of staff to achieve work objectives
Demonstrated excellent organisational skills with the capacity to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of billing processes and requirements
