Responsibilities

Monitor access points to help control entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles at the location

Verify identification and credentials of individuals requesting access, following site-specific protocols

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help minimize disruptions

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns

Document observations, incidents, and activities as required by Allied Universal and client site protocols

Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to support a secure environment within the tech, media, and telecom setting

Follow all site-specific policies and procedures, adapting to evolving requirements as needed

Qualification

Required

Customer service experience is preferred

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
