Project Management Analyst

Responsibilities
Assists others with conducting business research by gathering data, identifying options, performing cost-benefits analyses, and creating non-routine reports with detailed analyses and/or proposals to create or revise management policies, business processes and services
Analyzes and recommends process improvements to determine best practices and makes recommendations to management on how to improve current practices and processes and solve issues related to project and program management
Develops a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities. Reviews the project schedule with the project team that will be affected by the project activities
Manages and develops requirements that align with project goals
Tracks and monitors the progress of the project activities and report status, risks, and issues, and recommends adjustments to ensure the successful completion of the project(s)
Provides comprehensive status and progress reviews to the project team, stakeholders, and senior management
Supports the project team, ensuring that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality and achieves the expected outcomes of the project
Ensures accurate project documentation is recorded and timely communications/updates are provided
Qualification

College degree in related field, and/or equivalent experience
Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to prepare and explain data to team members
Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs in order to complete required reports
Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to complete financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information
Rare or occasional travel may be required to attend business meetings, training classes, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position
Preferred
Project Management training or certifications preferred
Demonstrated proficiency in Asana and Power BI preferred
