Responsibilities
Collect, clean, validate, and integrate datasets from multiple internal and external sources with strong data governance practices
Design and develop Tableau dashboards, SQL-based reporting, and automated data workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes
Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights and support project managers and department leaders with data-driven decision making
Maintain and enhance data infrastructure, including the MySQL database, Tableau Prep workflows, and Smartsheet reports and automations
Produce recurring and ad-hoc deliverables such as dashboards, operational reports, performance metrics, and documentation while communicating status updates daily
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, and hands-on database management experience
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
Ability to work with imperfect datasets and maintain high data integrity across sources
Proven ability to lead analytical efforts and partner with internal and external stakeholders
Logical problem-solving skills with the ability to structure databases, validate complex questions, and deliver accurate, user-ready outputs
