InternNXTPRO Sports is seeking a creative, motivated Video Creative Intern to gain hands-on experience working alongside our media team. This internship is designed as an educational opportunity for individuals looking to develop real-world skills in sports media, video production, and digital storytelling while contributing to NXTPRO’s growing digital presence.

Responsibilities
Assisting with capturing and editing short-form and long-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X
Supporting content planning and brainstorming sessions aligned with brand goals and current trends
Helping organize and manage media assets, footage, and digital content libraries
Learning how to prepare content for publishing, including captions, tags, and thumbnails
Contributing creative ideas related to storytelling, visual style, and audience engagement
Observing and applying brand guidelines to maintain consistent tone, quality, and style
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar tools
Interest in social media, sports content, and digital storytelling
Basic understanding of camera operation or willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and organizational habits
Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with a creative team
Self-motivated and open to feedback in a learning-focused environment
Preferred
Exposure to motion graphics or Adobe After Effects
Graphic design experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
Interest in sports storytelling, athlete branding, or content strategy
Experience with professional cameras or sports videography
Desire to pitch creative ideas and learn long-term content planning
