The Field Service Supervisor will manage a team of Field Service professionals, oversee client issue resolution, and optimize resources while maintaining relationships with customers and the Union.

Responsibilities

Direct connection to the Technicians, Union connection and onboarding

Maintain relationship with Union

SME for Tech Quoting and drive ops selling charge

Training and development schedule, Onsite training

Fleet, Site visits, jobsite QA

Customer engagement

Work with Service Coordinators on daily and extended schedule

PM Plan Review for renewals and new contracts

Daily time entry approval, Weekly payroll and issue resolution

Site / Safety Inspections

Qualification

Commercial HVAC knowledgeManagement experienceCustomer engagementTeam supervisionTrainingDevelopment

Required

High School Diploma or GED

5+ Commercial HVAC system knowledge and Components

5+ years Management experience dealing with Service Technician and customers

Must have a valid drivers license and be insurable by Carrier
