The Director of Strategic Account Sales will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth through consultative selling practices, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Required

5+ years in the US residential mortgage or mortgage technology industry. You will need a strong understanding of our customers' business (mortgage lending) from day one to succeed in this role
Deep familiarity with the mortgage technology ecosystem, including major LOS systems like Encompass
Strong relationships among lenders in the US residential mortgage industry
Live in the Greater Seattle Area or willing to relocate immediately (company will assist with relocation for exceptional candidates)
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, strong references

Preferred

Ability to self-generate a sales pipeline and independently create new business opportunities
Focus on consultative selling, understanding customer needs, and building true win-win partnerships
Customer obsessed mindset. You strive to always overdeliver for both internal and external customers
Comfortable including internal subject matter experts in meetings and collaborating across the team to get to the best outcome for the customer
Highly detailed and organized, responsible for maintaining a clean and updated pipeline in CRM
Advanced abilities in negotiation and closing high-value deals
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong, genuine, long-term relationships
