Responsibilities
Lead project tasks or small projects involving data engineering, data modeling, and model deployment
Collaborate independently with subject matter experts to identify data requirements and extract data from multiple internal and external sources
Perform data cleaning, validation, transformation, and documentation, including development of data dictionaries
Design, build, and validate analytical and predictive models aligned with business development objectives
Implement model deployment using off-the-shelf platforms or in collaboration with software developers and data engineers
Translate analytical results into clear insights and recommendations for technical and commercial stakeholders
Contribute to and help shape the team's technical and analytical strategy, identifying opportunities for process improvement and standardization
Co-author technical publications, white papers, or patents that advance analytical capabilities and innovation
Begin active participation in industry events, technical forums, and professional communities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) required
4+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or related technical roles
Demonstrated experience in data engineering, model development, and analytics workflows
Ability to work independently across the full data lifecycle, from data acquisition to model deployment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate analytical results to non-technical audiences
Preferred
Master's degree in a STEM discipline
Experience applying data science in commercial, business development, or operational contexts
Exposure to model deployment pipelines, cloud-based analytics platforms, or scalable data solutions
Experience contributing to patents, publications, or technical innovation initiatives
