Maintain effectiveness of merchandise flow, filling and presentation standards throughout the store and stock
Work three to four shifts per week, each shift being about four to five hours, with flexibility during peak seasons
Assist in customer experience, store presentation, and stockroom management
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Support asset protection and shrink efforts
Adhere to company policies and procedures
