Responsibilities
Perform routine bike repairs, maintenance, and customizations to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction
Assemble new bikes
Diagnose mechanical issues
Assist customers with technical support
Maintain a clean and organized workshop space
Provide excellent customer service and foster a welcoming shop environment
Qualification
Required
Skilled in Bicycle Repair, Bike Repair, and maintaining different types of bikes
Knowledgeable about bicycles and related equipment
Strong Communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
Attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality service
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Previous experience as a bicycle mechanic is required
Preferred
Passion for cycling is a plus
