Drive business growth by cultivating strategic relationships with biopharma sponsors, CROs, and research sites
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the clinical research ecosystem
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networking
Deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new partnerships
Serve as a primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long‑term engagement
Collaborate with leadership to shape and refine sales strategies
Stay current on industry developments, competitor offerings, and patient recruitment challenges
Provide internal teams with market feedback to enhance offerings and service delivery
Work with marketing on outreach campaigns and sales enablement materials
Coordinate with operational teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project handoff for new clients
