Daily communication with stakeholders/project managers/BCM office staff
Ensure project has ample materials for trades and project future needs
Qualification
Required
Reading and interpreting blueprints
Daily Reports
Use of Laptop/Ipad
Daily/Weekly job site photos documentation
Completing general project inspections
Managing all Subcontracters
Daily time sheets for self performing crafts
Daily communication with stakeholders/project managers/BCM office staff
Ensure project has ample materials for trades and project future needs
Carpentry/Millwork/Finishes knowledge
Experience managing project schedules
Carpentry background
OSHA knowledge and certification, but not mandatory
Strong troubleshooting abilities
Able to lead, direct, hold trade crafts accountable
Preferred
Previous trade experience
Experience with drywall, finishes, steel studs, acoustical ceilings and installations
Driving capabilities and valid drivers license
