Responsibilities
Place real phone calls to a demo line and record natural caller-side audio sessions
Spell out names, email addresses, and phone numbers conversationally, simulating customer support interactions
Vary tone, pacing, pauses, and filler words to ensure realistic speech delivery
Record audio across multiple environments, including quiet settings, muffled voice, and speaker mode with light background noise
Capture and submit required call codes provided during each session
Accurately log call metadata such as speaker details and call information in shared tracking sheets
Qualification
Required
Native speaker with a UK Welsh accent
Ability to make real phone calls (VoIP services are not permitted)
Reliable access to a phone and suitable recording environments
Strong attention to detail for data entry and instruction compliance
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, task-based setup
