Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for complex customer issues that require coordination and escalation to TCS
Collaborate closely with TCS to develop effective solutions and ensure timely resolution of customer problems
Monitor and track the progress of complex customer issues, providing regular updates to stakeholders
Identify opportunities for process improvement within TCS to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency
Conduct thorough assessments of existing customer processes to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains
Lead process redesign initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and workflows
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
Oversee and manage a variety of projects, including new customer integrations, special projects, and business development initiatives
Define project scope, develop detailed project plans, and allocate resources effectively
Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers
Support the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and successful launch
Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including CS leadership, TCS representatives, and customers
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to align teams and drive consensus
Resolve conflicts and negotiate solutions to ensure project success
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in Customer Relationship Management
10+ years experience in customer relationship management, process improvement, or project management
Strong understanding of CS systems and processes, including Mainframe, Oracle, EXE, WICS, MyStore, CS Connect, and RingCentral
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Proven ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and stakeholders
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
