Responsibilities
Support a robust financial application supporting key revenue streams for the City
Designing and executing complex Oracle SQL logic in the integration of data to support its Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning system
Gathering requirements, developing and implementing browser-based applications using Application Express
Designing and maintaining custom Oracle applications using Oracle Apex
Developing scripts in SQL, PLSQL for data conversion, data migration
Developing External Tables, Joins, Indexes, and sequences
Writing ad-hoc SQL queries and code shell scripts as needed
Query optimization, performance and tuning (PL/SQL) using SQL Trace, Explain Plan, Indexing, Hints, Bulk Binds, Bulk Collect
Debugging complex applications and remediating defects in a fast-paced environment
Effective creation of dynamic reports within the Oracle APEX environment, using APEX reporting tools
Leading groups, gathering requirements, defining solution sets, and remediating defects
Qualification
Required
Oracle Apex full stack developer, including gathering requirements, developing and implementing browser-based applications using Application Express - Required 10 Years
Experience designing and maintaining custom Oracle applications using Oracle Apex - Required 10 Years
Experience in developing scripts in SQL, PLSQL for data conversion, data migration - Required 10 Years
Experience in developing External Tables, Joins, Indexes, and sequences. Ability to write ad-hoc SQL queries and code shell scripts as needed - Required 10 Years
Query optimization, performance and tuning (PL/SQL) using SQL Trace, Explain Plan, Indexing, Hints, Bulk Binds, Bulk Collect - Required 10 Years
